Hi, I’m Natalie! I’m a lifelong cat lover and experienced sitter who specializes in multi-cat homes, shy kitties, energetic cats, senior cats, and cats with detailed routines.

My approach is calm, careful, and cat-led. I move slowly, read body language, and adjust to whatever your kitty needs, whether it’s quiet company, playtime, pets and cuddles, and medication support, etc.

I follow all of your instructions closely, keep routines predictable, and always provide reliable photo updates after every visit so you can travel with true peace of mind.

Your cat’s comfort and emotional safety always come first, and I care for them as lovingly and thoughtfully as I care for my own.

Learn More About Natalie

What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?

I’ve been caring for cats for most of my life and have experience cat sitting for neighbors, friends, and relatives. I’m comfortable with medications and special routines and I always take a calm, patient approach to help each kitty feel safe, and genuinely cared for throughout every visit.

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

I have three — Beans, Nova, and Nips, each having a distinct personality. Living with them has taught me so much about reading feline behavior and respecting each cat’s unique comfort level, which really helps me connect with the kitties I care for.

What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

I always start with a free meet & greet (either in person or virtually), so we can get to know each other and make sure it’s a great fit. During this time, I’ll learn about your cat’s personality, routines, and any special care details. This also gives your cat a chance to see and hear me in a low-pressure setting. Once care begins, I follow your instructions closely and keep your cat’s environment calm and predictable. You’ll receive thoughtful updates with photos after each visit for peace of mind while you’re away.

How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?

I ensure safety by following your instructions carefully, keeping routines consistent, and moving at a calm, predictable pace that helps each kitty feel secure. I always double-check that doors, windows, and locks are secure, and I’m mindful of potential hazards like plants, cords, or open cabinets. I also keep your home exactly as I found it ensuring it’s clean, organized, and respectfully maintained. During each visit, I do a visual wellness check on your cat, monitor eating and litter habits, and provide detailed updates with photos so you always know everything is safe and in order.

Natalie was so good and patient with my sweet Senior Lola. I definitely made the right choice in picking a sitter. She made effort with my kitty each day, and was feeding her treats by hand from the beginning. I got great pics and updates every day, and I never worried about Lola's care while I was away. Thank you, Natalie!

Natalie is amazing! I am so glad I found her and I will definitely be booking her in the future. Natalie is so organized and took careful notes about my cat’s routine and needs. She was patient and loving with my cat who is very shy with new people but became best friends with Natalie by the end of the week. And she also took a lot of care to make sure my home was secure while I was away—setting the alarm, turning on lights at night, etc. I loved receiving her daily photos and updates that showed she really maximized her time during each visit with feeding, play time, treats, and daily brushing. She was always available when I had a question and it really put me at ease while I was away knowing that my cat was in such good hands!

Natalie was amazing. She did everything I had asked and went above and beyond. She sent cute pictures of my kitty each day after the visit and even left a little Polaroid of Olive with a thank-you note for booking with her. She was very kind and communicative. Will 100% book again.

Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

If it doesn't feel like a purrfect fit after a Meet & Greet or during a reservation, our support team is here to help at 1-844-Meowtel (1-844-636-9835). We'll take time to understand what happened and help you consider next steps, which could include help with a new reservation.

Los Angeles cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $36.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.

Every cat sitter on Meowtel completes a background check. Ask your sitter about a free Meet & Greet so you (and your kitties!) can feel comfortable with your sitter before you leave.

Cats are territorial animals and don't do well in new environments. The presence of other cats, dogs, and even birds in kennels or animal hotels cause an immense amount of stress. This is why Meowtel was created, so tailored in-home care is brought to you.

We recommend booking daily visits to keep your cats in their routine and help minimize feline anxiety while you're away.

Each visit typically includes: feeding, refreshing water bowls, litter box scooping, tidying up, medications, updates with photos, lots of playtime, and any special requests. Ask your sitter about a free Meet & Greet!
