I’ve been caring for cats for most of my life and have years of experience cat sitting for neighbors, friends, and relatives with everything from multi-cat households to shy cats, senior cats, and energetic kittens. I’m comfortable with medications, special routines, bonded pairs, and I always take a calm, patient approach to help each kitty feel safe, and genuinely cared for throughout every visit.

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

I have three — Beans, Nova, and Nips. Each has such a distinct personality: Beans is scrappy, Nova is very social and affectionate, and Nipsey is shy and reserved. Living with them has taught me so much about reading feline behavior and respecting each cat’s unique comfort level, which really helps me connect with the kitties I care for.

What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

I always start with a free meet & greet before any cat-sitting booking (either in person or virtually), so we can get to know each other and make sure it’s a great fit. During this time, I’ll learn about your cat’s personality, routines, and any special care details, from feeding schedules to favorite nap spots. This also gives your cat a chance to see and hear me in a low-pressure setting. Once care begins, I follow your instructions closely and keep your cat’s environment calm and predictable. You’ll receive thoughtful updates with photos after each visit for peace of mind while you’re away.

How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?

I ensure safety by following your instructions carefully, keeping routines consistent, and moving at a calm, predictable pace that helps each kitty feel secure. I always double-check that doors, windows, and locks are secure, and I’m mindful of potential hazards like plants, cords, or open cabinets. I also keep your home exactly as I found it ensuring it’s clean, organized, and respectfully maintained. During each visit, I do a visual wellness check on your cat, monitor eating and litter habits, and provide detailed updates with photos so you always know everything is safe and in order.

Natalie is amazing! I am so glad I found her and I will definitely be booking her in the future. Natalie is so organized and took careful notes about my cat’s routine and needs. She was patient and loving with my cat who is very shy with new people but became best friends with Natalie by the end of the week. And she also took a lot of care to make sure my home was secure while I was away—setting the alarm, turning on lights at night, etc. I loved receiving her daily photos and updates that showed she really maximized her time during each visit with feeding, play time, treats, and daily brushing. She was always available when I had a question and it really put me at ease while I was away knowing that my cat was in such good hands!

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
