Meaghan is an absolute gem!! Throughout my reservation, she was super detail-oriented (especially with her terrific update messages) and consistent about sticking to my cats’ routine and preferences. The cats are both shy to different levels and in different ways, and she understood them individually and interacted with them in ways that suited their individual needs. Meaghan showed up for our meet & greet prepared, already familiar with our 6 kitties’ quirks. She asked good questions & took notes. She was always very responsive to our messages, both before & during our reservation. Her daily recaps were very thorough but also very easy to navigate in bullet points. The photos showed that our kitties were being well looked after and that she developed more & more trust from them every day. Her final day she sent even more detailed notes & photos which really set me at ease. I’m so happy to finally have a trusted kitty sitter for when we need to leave town!
