My cat is normally very skittish around strangers, but took to Michele almost immediately during the meet'n'greet. She was wonderful about helping me navigate the site, and I came home to a happy, healthy kitty.

Last time I went away, my cat never got used to my friend who was taking care of her, and I rarely got pictures of her, because she was always hiding under the couch. This time it was so much better, because Michele is so good with shy cats like mine, and I got pictures every day, and I could tell my cat was comfortable with Michele. It made my long vacation so much more enjoyable and worry free. I would definitely recommend Michele, especially for shy cats!

How many stars do you give a cat sitter who literally saved your cat's life? Michele watched Pinecone while we were away and noticed he wasn't eating and was urinating outside of his box. She called us and then made arrangements to take him to the hospital where he got emergency treatment for a urinary blockage. She picked him up when he was ready to be discharged and made sure he received his medications. She called up and sent us pictures with consistent updates. She was kind and loving towards him. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement.
