It was our first time utilizing Meowtell and our Cat Sitter was completely Amazing!!! We met Marisa before our long trip, and she was so nice and she was very understanding about some of the crazy things I do to care for our cats . Our cats are very shy but they were welcoming to her!!! While we were away, it was so comforting to see the photos Marisa sent to us via text messages!! Our cats were wonderfuly cared for and they even seemed sweeter than before when we returned!! We highly recommend Marisa and we will definitely contact her again!!

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
