This was my first time using a catsitter service of any kind and while I was initially unsure of what to do while I was going to be away, Amanda's reviews were excellent and I decided to put my faith in her. The good reviews are all well-deserved. She checked in often with updates on things she had done to keep up with my cats' needs and always tried to interact with my shy but otherwise friendly cats. She brought them gifts and did everything she could to make sure they felt comfortable and happy with her around, and shared lots of pictures and videos while I was away. I feel much better about being away from home now, and if I ever need someone to care for my cats again I will absolutely reach out to Amanda again in the future. I'm very grateful to her kind attention and the peace of mind her care provided.

Amanda once again went above and beyond to take great care of my kitties for the week I was away. They love her so much and I know she does a great job because they weren't even upset with me when I came home after being gone for a whole week! Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation
and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any
earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation
rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the
reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50%
of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48
hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and
the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.

We know every kitty is different and that's why we offer tailored, in-home services since cats don't do well outside their own homes.
