Kristen was awesome! She was super communicative - sent us photos everyday, cleaned up any mess that the cats made and even took out the trash on her last day. We can’t thank her enough for watching our fur babies, especially over the holidays.

This was my first time ever using a sitting service for my cats and it couldn’t have been a more wonderful experience. Kiki provided updates at every visit, and perhaps the best part next to her exceptional care is she takes the most AMAZING pictures! Kirsten was a great companion for our cat Momo while we were away. She sent daily updates and photos that provided us the piece of mind that Momo was getting the attention and care that she needed. Kirsten is patient and kind. Kirsten was able to take time out of their schedule to meet with me and my cat before i officially booked her services. she is very responsive and sent pictures of my cat. I would definitely have Kirsten look after my cat again.

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
