What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
I have good expeeience with cats. I have two cats now and since I was a very little kid I have always had cats, sometimes plenty of them at the same time. For cat sitting as an official title(!) i have been doing it around a year and my customers easily turn into recurring clients. They love my interaction with their cata especially that i send them lots of photos and videos too
What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
Spending time with cats is all joyfull. Cats are the most precious creatures ever, purrfect, pawsome and heart melting 😻

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
I am famous for being a cat whosperer. I don't know but cats are very comfortable around me. Maybe they see me as a furless bog cat not a human! LOL

She also went above and beyond-noticing my bbs seemed hungry and feeding them extra and asking me to check the settings on my automatic feeder. She followed all instructions completely. Arezoo took the absolute best care of my boy Stevie while I was on vacation for a week. It was our first time leaving him alone for that long, so I was really nervous at first. Arezoo was so sweet with him, and always sent really thoughtful videos and good updates, so I knew he was in great hands! Arezoo went above and beyond to make sure he was well cared for. Arezoo did a great job taking care of my two 17 year old cats while I was on vacation. She was very good at quickly earning their trust and making them comfortable around her. One of my cats has kidney problems, and receives daily subcutaneous fluids from an I.V. bag, which Arezoo handled no problem. Arezoo was coming exactly as agreed and following all instructions we have left, at the same time she wasn't just "ticking the boxes", but evaluating situation based on how cats are doing and offering some extra steps (food-wise, toilet-wise) based on that. I did have great confidence cats are taken care of and could enjoy our vacation not being worried about them. When we were back they were calm and happy. Can absolutely recommend Arezoo and will be definitely using her services again.

When we returned, our cat was relaxed - in the past, she has been agitated and clingy when we get home. Arezoo put our cat at ease by giving her good care. Due to high demand during holidays, sitters on Meowtel have the option to set their own holiday price increase, which can be found in the rates section of their profiles. If your reservation falls within three (3) days before and/or after a federal holiday, or on the holiday itself, a holiday surcharge, determined by your sitter, will be added to your reservation.
These are the date ranges in 2026 to which the holiday surcharge applies:

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.
If it doesn't feel like a purrfect fit after a Meet & Greet or during a reservation, our support team is here to help at 1-844-Meowtel (1-844-636-9835). We'll take time to understand what happened and help you consider next steps, which could include help with a new reservation.
Los Angeles cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $34.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
Every cat sitter on Meowtel completes a background check. Ask your sitter about a free Meet & Greet so you (and your kitties!) can feel comfortable with your sitter before you leave.
Cats are territorial animals and don't do well in new environments. The presence of other cats, dogs, and even birds in kennels or animal hotels cause an immense amount of stress. This is why Meowtel was created, so tailored in-home care is brought to you.

Arezoo was awesome and responsive. She was flexible with timing and sent us cute videos of our boys. They are friendly with strangers but still won’t always let them hold them but she charmed them both! They leaned into her pets and she played with them and helped them get out their kitten energy

I can’t recommend Arezoo enough! She graciously watched my 2 babies while I had to attend a memorial service. I had so much anxiety about leaving them and she made me feel so comfortable. I was so fortunate that Arezoo was able to do a meet & greet on short notice. She immediately dove in to bond with my kitty and has a great energy.
