I’ve been a cat owner for 17 years, so caring for cats has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember! Having cared for a cat throughout kittenhood, adulthood, and into their senior years, I understand that every stage of a cat’s life comes with different needs, routines, and personalities.

Because of my own experience as a longtime cat owner and foster, I’m comfortable with everything from energetic kittens who need lots of playtime to shy cats who need a little extra patience, as well as older cats who may have very specific routines. I know that cats are happiest when their normal routines are maintained, and I’ll make it a priority to follow your instructions closely and give your cat the individualized attention they deserve. I’ll take the time to get to know your cat’s personality and follow all of their individual routines and preferences. Whether your cat is playful and energetic, shy and independent, or loves nothing more than cuddling, I’ll meet them where they’re most comfortable. I’m happy to take care of feeding, fresh water, litter box care, playtime, enrichment, and plenty of love and attention.
Most importantly, I genuinely love cats and care about their well-being. I’ll provide regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your kitty is happy and well cared for. I’m attentive to details, respectful of your home, and will treat your cat like they’re my own. My priority is making both you and your cat feel completely comfortable and cared for! I’ll treat your cat with the same patience, affection, and attention I would want someone to give my own. I want you to feel completely at ease while you’re away, knowing that your cat is not only being fed and cared for, but is getting companionship, enrichment, and lots of love.

What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
I have been cat sitting for about 15 years now. I am very experienced with all types of cats, from young to old, from shy to outgoing, from low maintenance to those who need a bit more care and attention, I love them all! I always do my best to treat cats like the royalty they are!
What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
I love to meet all different types of cats. It’s so interesting to see the uniqueness of each cat’s personality. Cats are so funny and I feel blessed when I get to be in their presence.
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
I have one cat named Whiskers. He is 17 years young. He unfortunately lives with my parents in Iowa, but we FaceTime every weekend!

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Los Angeles cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $36.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
