I t... Hi. I'm Zach. I'm a cat dad to three cats ranging in age from 2 to 18. I've been caring for cat's since I was seven years old. I've had cats with all varieties of temperaments and needs. From love sponges to timid tigers.
Ive experience dealing with cats that need daily oral meds, sub-cutaneous fluids, vitamins, medicated foods, and everything short of intranvenous care.
I treat every cat as my own and as their own. My own cats require about three pages to describe their care to cat sitters, so I have no problem following detailed instructions for complex cats. I am also skilled and helping calm down reluctant cats before and after their meds so they can maintain their feline dignity.

I have cat sit for friends on and off since I was a teen. My experience is primarily with my own cats though.
What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
Meeting new furry friends and getting to become a part of their pride. Its incredibly rewarding to meet a new cats uniquely exacting standards.
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
I have three cats. Nomi came to us through the cat distribution system last year and is 2. Tarot is a chronically ill cat who lost her original human and has cancer among other issues, she is 8. Franki moved with my wife and I across the country to LA and is the Grand Dame of our home. She is a very stately 18.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Los Angeles cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $34.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
