While at first he was scared and aggressive, he eventually warmed up to me given a bit of time! Now he meows at me if I’m late for cuddle time, waits for me at the door to come home from work, and even likes bath time!

If your cat has a lot of energy, I will play with them and keep their attention. If your cat is shy, I will give them the space they need to grow comfortable with me, and let them adjust at their own pace! Every cat is unique and I adjust my energy to your cats wants and needs!
- Reliability and Trustworthiness: You can count on me to follow your specific instructions for every visit! I will keep a sharp eye out for any behavior changes (litter usage, food intake, water intake, unusual lethargy, etc.) and be sure to notify you immediately. Ensuring your cats safety and wellbeing is my top priority!
- Communication: I believe in keeping cat parents updated with photos and messages, so you'll always know how your furry friend is doing! I know I get worried leaving my fur baby home alone, so I completely understand the stress you could be facing, and want to put your mind at ease! You will get frequent updates, photos, and videos about your cats during every visit!

I have a kitten! He’s a black kitten with orange eyes, and his name is Onyx. I got him when he was about 4 months old, and he’s super playful and cuddly. He loves to yell at me when it’s time for bed, because that’s his designated cuddle time.
What is your favorite cat toy?
I love a variety of toys to play with the cats! The wand toy is definitely high on that list, it’s so versatile and can really bring a cat out of their shell. I also love the crinkly balls, cats seem to love chasing those all around the house!
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
If I see a cat who is anxious or timid, I give them their space. I let them come to me, and treat them gently. No loud noises, trying to pick them up, invading their personal space.

Rhyan was so amazing!!! She kept me updated with photos of my babies and long descriptive texts about their wellbeing. Their water was clean and fresh, their food distributed correctly, and they were entertained. One of my cats is extremely shy and people averse but Rhyan was able to get him to come out of hiding and play, which says a lot about how great Rhyan is with kitties.

Rhyan took care of multi cats for me, including one who needed daily injections. He is very shy, but she was able to win his trust , which rarely happens. I was very pleased with her services and will definitely look forward to her caring for my cats in the future.

Holiday Surcharge
Due to high demand during holidays, sitters on Meowtel have the option to set their own holiday price increase, which can be found in the rates section of their profiles. If your reservation falls within three (3) days before and/or after a federal holiday, or on the holiday itself, a holiday surcharge, determined by your sitter, will be added to your reservation.
These are the date ranges in 2026 to which the holiday surcharge applies:
- January 1-4: New Year's 2026
- January 16-22: MLK Day
- February 13-19: Presidents Day
- May 22-28: Memorial Day
- June 16-22: Juneteenth
- July 1-7: July 4th
- September 4-10: Labor Day
- October 9-15: Columbus Day / Indigenous Peoples' Day
- November 8-14: Veterans Day
- November 23-29: Thanksgiving
- December 22-28: Christmas
- December 29-31: New Year's 2027

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Menifee cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $30.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
Every cat sitter on Meowtel completes a background check. Ask your sitter about a free Meet & Greet so you (and your kitties!) can feel comfortable with your sitter before you leave.
