Rose is an absolutely wonderful cat sitter, and I highly recommend her! From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. She arranged our meet-and-greet right away, which I really appreciated and immediately gave me confidence that my cats would be in great hands. During every drop-in visit, she sent thoughtful updates along with plenty of photos, which made being away from my cats so much easier. She is dependable and always showed up exactly as promised, giving me complete peace of mind while I was away. It’s obvious that Rose genuinely cares about the pets she looks after. She spends time playing with my cats, and they absolutely loved the laser mouse pointer she brought—it quickly became one of their favorite toys! When I returned home, my cats were happy, relaxed, and very well adjusted, which says everything about the care they received. Rose truly goes above and beyond. When I had a couple of additional things I wanted checked at the house, she didn’t hesitate to go back and take care of them for me. That level of kindness and dedication is hard to find. I always know my cats are in good hands with Rose, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again. If you’re looking for someone who is reliable, communicative, and genuinely loves animals, she’s the perfect choice!

Rose was very quick in responding to our requests for cat sitting dates which was much appreciated, and also flexible if we had any changes to the schedule. She also arranged for an immediate meet and greet, which was very helpful. We even added on three extra dates while we were at work before we left for vacation, so the kitties could start to get used to her before we left them alone with her based on her setting up the meet and greet immediately after our request. We found that super helpful. Rose was the most attentive to our fur babies and showed extreme care and observation, and respecting their own individual personalities. She was able to draw my most reserved kitty out from under the bed for pet pets and treats and headbutting in her hand. This was amazing for us to witness with her videos and pictures and clearly the kitties trusted her careful respectful, nature and care.. She managed each personality in our household with utmost respect and not forcing anything on any of our three cats and respected their boundaries. She kept us updated each time she came to visit, even if it was twice a day, with pictures and videos and comments of their progress, all with a sense of humor, to accepting her presence in their house and food activities. She truly was invested in trying different ways to engage with our kitties and take advice from us on what to do to help. Each of our three cats has a different food preference and schedule, and she met all of their individual needs with feedback. She was super communicative, and we enjoyed having less anxiety on our trip away, due to her communication and wonderful care of our kitties. We will definitely keep her in our fur baby family whenever we are away. I highly recommend her services, especially to anyone who has shy kitties and for her constant communication. When she had any questions about care, food, or the house in general, she always asked. She did a great job at cleaning kitty boxes every day or every visit, and cleaning up kitty puke with her own products that she brought. As well as taking out the kitty box material with her own bag and placing it in the trash outside. When we came home, our kitties were happy and came running to us and did not have any hesitation or kitty separation madness or trauma from our absence and they immediately returned to their normal behavior. We attribute this to roses amazing Care and keeping to their schedules.

Rose was super communicative throughout our week away. She managed feedings, delayed feedings, litter clean-up, water checks and our somewhat complicated security system with no issues. It was great knowing our kitties were in good hands.

I was going away for surgery not vacation. I didn’t know how long I would be gone. Since I was having a difficult time, Rose kept my husband informed about how our kitties were doing and checked to see if we’d need additional support. Despite the fact that she commuted from Mill Valley to Santa Rosa, she was utterly dependable and helpful. Rose is a gem!

Rose is very thoughtful and caring with our cats. one is newly adopted and super shy. She moved his food to a place near his hiding spot to help him feel more comfortable while we were gone. She was extremely communicative during each visit and felt cared for while we were away missing our babies!

Rose took wonderful care of our two cats, Tom and Gigi, while we were away for two weeks, and we came home to two happy, relaxed kitties. This is the second time that Rose has taken care of my two kitties. This was a much longer cat sitting responsibility than the first one. She did a fantastic job communicating with me during each visit, sending me pictures of my kitties, and giving me a rundown of the things she took care of each time she was here. In addition, she helped clean up after them and also water our house plants. I found everything to be in great order when I returned!

Rose got back to me right away. She sent me photos and kept me updated with all she was doing everyday. She and kitty Jasmine bonded wonderfully and she even picked up my mail. I recommend Rose highly. I will use Rose again for future cat sits.
