"We honestly could not rate Morgan high enough. If we could... We'd be giving her a 10 out of 5 score. From the get-go, Morgan was super friendly, easy going and really put us both at ease. She asked really good questions (stuff we hadn't thought of) and we knew we had the right person to look after our cat whilst we went to Europe, especially as he had health conditions needing medication. From the beginning I could tell that Morgan was super conscientious, an obvious cat lover, loves what she does and is really good at it. She sent us really detailed and loving updates. As it turned out... Morgan then had to deal with the worst-case scenario ever, with our cat becoming acutely unwell whilst we were away (!). She was absolutely amazing. She literally dropped everything when we called her to see if she could help. She even took our cat to the vet and did everything she could as if it were her own cat.
