I haven't used Meowtel before as a neighbor usually takes care of my fur babies. Was a little skeptical, but honestly I couldn't have asked for a better caretaker! Anastasia immediately put my mind at ease when we met and she started petting my cats. Throughout my trip she sent me lots of photos and videos and updates about the visits. She brought catnip toys which they liked and even did an extra litter cleanup so I didn't have to deal with it when I got home. Everything was clean and the cats seemed relaxed when I got back home. I don't have one even minor criticism about her, at all, it went so smoothly. If I need to I will definitely not hesitate to hire her again, she was excellent... and I'll recommend her to my kitty friends.

For the first time ever, Jack did not hide under the bed at all when Anastasia was there! This is huge because she is now the only other person he is comfortable with. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation
and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any
earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation
rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the
reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50%
of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48
hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and
the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
