Karly was a lifesaver! When my original sitter fell through while I was out of the country, she accepted my request right away and was great with communication. Even though we couldn’t meet beforehand, she was friendly, understanding, and took wonderful care of my cats. I’m so grateful for her help and would absolutely recommend her.

As always Karly did an excellent job. she managed to charm our somewhat shy cat. Traveling internationally for two weeks was stressful and it gave us great piece of mind that our kitty was not only having her physical (medication, food, litter) needs met but was getting tlc as well. Karly always sent timely and enthusiastic updates as well as great photos from each visit.

Karly was great cat sitting our two kitties Stella and Coco while we traveled abroad, and she was very reassuring with regular updates. Karly was available last minute for our kitties and had a speedy response time and was easy to work with. She was able to give medication in our cats food no problem and kept the boxes and space tidy.

Everything about the process for arranging to have Karly cat sit was so smooth. She managed to get our shy kitty to come out of her most loved hiding space on their first visit and on the second she came out right away. If you knew how skittish my cat is you would understand what a huge accomplishment that was. It gave me and my husband such piece of mind to know that someone was not only tending to Gems physical needs (food, water, litter box) but that she was also receiving well loved pets, play time and quality attention. Karly messaged with timely updates that were worded with care and creativity. As well as photos of our girl, all of which made us feel comforted as we miss her and it is so hard to leave your fur baby behind.

This was our second time booking with Karly and I would absolutely book with her again. I appreciated that she would not only let me know when she arrived for her visit before following up with a more detailed update. Her kindness and enthusiasm really stood out.

Karly was wonderful with our cats. she was able to get our shy cat to play with her and our older cranky and shy cat to cuddle. She was very communicative and did everything we asked and more. We have already rebooked with her for our next out of town trip! 5 stars!
