"She was absolutely wonderful with my cats! Great with special needs cas one of mine is diabetic. The other one of my cats is extremely shy around strangers and usually hides the entire time someone new is around, but she was actually able to get him to come out and play with her, which says a lot about how patient and comfortable she made him feel. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing my cats were happy and well cared for while I was away. When my airline canceled my return flight I was able to re book with her so my kitties were taken care of I would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy cat sitter!"

"Finding someone you trust with your pet is never easy, but Luanne was truly exceptional. From the moment we read her bio, she had such a warm, kind, and almost angelic presence that immediately put us at ease. She cared for our senior cat, Mimi, with incredible patience, gentleness, and genuine love. Mimi isn't the easiest cat to win over—she can be a little intimidating at times! But Luanne took the time to earn her trust. She even seemed excited to have that personal challenge with our Mimi. She occasionally stayed longer than she needed to so Mimi wouldn't feel rushed or alone, gently gave her kisses (despite the very real possibility that Mimi might object! 😂), and even let Mimi smell her lunch (without knowing that I, too, love to do that when at home with Mims) while they spent time together. Those thoughtful little gestures made such a difference, and before long Mimi had warmed up to her. That's pretty much unheard of! Luanne kept us updated throughout our trip, giving us absolute peace of mind. Knowing Mimi was being cared for by someone who treated her with so much compassion allowed us to truly relax while we were away. When we came home, Mimi was happy, content, and clearly well cared for. "Joella is an excellent cat sitter! I admit that I am a kitty helicopter Mom so my expectations are pretty high and Joella far exceeded all of my expectations. She sent daily updates on what she did for my kitty and tons of pictures. She followed all my instructions and was very responsive to my texts. The icing on the cake for me was that she spent time trying to engage with my kitty daily. He is shy and nervous around new people and he was usually under the bed, hiding, at the beginning of every visit with her. Joella showed me she truly cared about him because she would sit right next to the bed and gave him treats to engage with him daily. Towards the end of her visits, he would almost always come out and play with her or go eat his food. I have had several other cat sitters and no other cat sitter has sat next to the bed and tried to engage with my kitty. I could tell she truly cares for cats and knows how to connect with them. "Joselin was a great sitter for our cat (Sharky) - punctual, mindful, proactive, communicative, and very caring! From the very first meet-and-greet, she and Sharky got along swimmingly; as a cat owner herself, Joselin clearly understood what they need and want, especially when the owners are out of town for a long stretch. Joselin fed Sharky, played with him, gave him pets, kept his water topped off, monitored his litter box usage (including one day when he himself accidentally closed off access to the room that contained his litter box), and would send clear reports (with pictures) during and after each individual visit. She was incredibly thorough during the initial meet-and-greet, asking very detailed discovery questions and making sure that we had properly prepped for our absence; her services even included extra options as needed, such as Litter Robot deep cleaning. All in all, would highly recommend Joselin to watch your pets; we'll definitely be using her services again next time the need arises!"
