Haley is an absolutely amazing cat sitter! My cat was happy and clearly well cared for when I got home. I received daily updates with photos, which gave me total peace of mind while I was away. She also went the extra mile and brought in packages/mail and did anything else that was needed. This was my second time booking her and I will definitely book again! Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
