Justin has been watching our cats for the last 1-2 years and I can't say enough wonderful things about him. He truly goes above and beyond. He'll bring new toys for the cats and change up their environment. One of our cats has a special diet and takes forever to eat. Justin found a new way of feeding him that cuts the time in half and now he will eat the whole bowl. Justin's suggestions have improved the lives of our cats. He really pays attention and it makes all the difference!

Justin is the best and truly one of a kind. Not only does he keep our girls safe, clean their dishes and bowls, but this time when he sat for us-he removed a mouse that had somehow gotten into our home!! Thankfully, Justin was okay, the girls were fine, and somehow the mouse was also perfectly fine. I first worked with Justin in November 2024, and have now booked him for eight reservations in just over one year. I can't think of going out of town anymore without working with him! I agree with other reviewers here: I love his wry wit when sending updates with each visit (for me twice a day), and the pictures crack me up! Justin is a consummate professional, leaving scooped litter boxes, clean food bowls, many photos, and well-entertained kitties in his wake. When my two ruffians kept tipping over their water bowl, he brought me a heavy ceramic one. He even brought a new catnip toy to replace mine that had long since gone flat. My boys are spoiled every time I have to travel, and I can relax knowing Justin is tending to these rascals. I am forever grateful for his wonderful care!

Justin lives up to his stellar Meowtel reputation and then some! We booked him to watch our two senior kitts over Christmas. What a delight and comfort it was to receive Justin's hilarious reports with many many excellent photos of our fluff-babies. He had to deal with a malfunctioning keypad and a torrential rainstorm that flooded our entryway, but remained cool, professional and went above and beyond the kitty duties to ensure we got back to a clean and well tended house and happy over-indulged well-cuddled kitties. We are definitely looking forward to an ongoing collaboration with Justin!

Justin has been available for many last minute emergency cat sitting requests for us. He's incredibly responsive. He also takes better care of our cat than we do. I forgot to mention to Justin to hide the wand toys after play time because our cat recently ate part of one, but Justin had already done this. He also cleaned our cats water fountain which we had forgotten to do.

Justin is an above and beyond cat sitter. I can't even count the number of times I've told my partner "I'm SO glad we found Justin." I was very nervous finding a sitter since our cat has had intermittent random vomiting spells that we've needed to take him urgently to the vet for. I was looking for someone who could come earlier in the morning in case our cat needed to be taken in. Justin not only responded right away when I reached out before booking about this, but graciously said he could come any time we needed him to. Upon meeting, it was obvious that Justin would care about our cat just as much as us and that he'd be in good hands. Now, we've already booked Justin twice in the span of a month since he's been so amazing! His updates are entertaining to read, and we get millions of photos of our cat daily. He also brings toys for our cat and gave us a litter scooper since our existing one was terrible. We won't hesitate to book Justin for all future cat sitting needs and only pray that he will be available!

Justin did a fantastic job with my kitty! My Nala is very shy, and he managed to get her to come out of her hiding place in my closet. This is the second time Justin has pet-sat for me, and I am pleased with the results. He sends plenty of photos and daily feedback. He is a cut above the others when it comes to cat care. How to begin? Our experience with Meowtel has been uniformly great, but Justin is in another league. To say he went beyond the call of duty is an understatement. He came to the meet and greet (punctually) bearing cat treats and toys. Of course he and the kitties bonded instantly. On his visits, he brought homemade boxes with hidden treats for the cats explore and play in, and they all enjoyed copious lounging time. Outside of that, he watered the plants and took out the trash. But he also emptied and washed the litter boxes, and to our surprise and delight, repaired our kitchen sink. His twice-daily reports were detailed and wildly entertaining (he's a funny guy), as were the plethora of photos. To cap it off, he returned our keys on a new key chain embossed with the names of both cats. Justin will be our first choice next time we need a sitter.

Justin was the perfect sitter! Our baby is notably not a fan of most other humans but he had her charmed midway through their first visit. We loved waking up to his delightful missives of their adventures together and the absolute torrent of photos of our girl being absolutely spoiled!

Justin was wonderful. He brought all sorts of NEW toys and got my four kitties playing together around a box he turned into a curiosity and play toy. They never play together. Usually one dominates. This was amazing. Additionally with four kitties, one of whom is a chow hound, there is a need for food traffic control, which he handled wonderfully. His reports were humorous and poetic. I loved reading them and the (literally) hundreds of action series photos a day captured what was going on with me away. All logistical details were handled perfectly as well. Justin is a wonderful sitter. He took care of my grumpy medication-needing senior cat for a week. I felt completely at ease on vacation knowing Gus is in good hands. I very quickly found a really reliable and experienced pet sitter! Justin clearly cares about his charges. Justin is such a great guy, hilarious, and very trustworthy. He followed all of the instructions perfectly for taking care of my cat when I went away for two weeks, and sent me photos daily of his playtime with the cat. We are so grateful to Justin for going above and beyond and taking such good care of our kitties while we were away on a longer trip. Justin has done it again! He took the BEST care of our two girls and allowed for us to have a nice getaway without worrying about them. He sent us beautiful photos of the two of them having fun with him and together. Justin is amazing. Our cats have taken to him like no other catsitter, even starting to greet him at the door rather than at the top of the stairs like they do for us. Justin has cat-sat our one-year old highly rambunctious cat a few times now. I've always been impressed at how diligent Justin is at playing with our cat Taco until Taco is tired out (a very difficult feat, as Taco is an endless fountain of hyper energy). Taco recently had to get extensive surgery that left a huge incision on his abdomen. We hadn't left him home alone much since the surgery, to monitor his recovery, so when we had to be away from home for a whole day, we immediately contacted Justin. The recovery has been complicated, so I wanted Taco to be with someone I 110% trust. As soon as Justin walked in the door, Taco, who had been pretty sleepy and sad from the pain and frustration of being still, immediately perked up. Taco was definitely excited to see his buddy! Justin did a great job of keeping Taco calm and relaxed. Not to mention, Justin sent a ton of great updates that my nervous nelly self was grateful to receive. If you need a cat sitter, I cannot recommend Justin enough!

Abby, my 21-year-old cat, has very few hobbies these days: napping, judging, and being picky about humans. Enter Justin—her preferred human and trusted caretaker for the third time now. This is my second time having Justin watch over my two kitties. After my first session with Justin and the - then young kittens - I knew that he was my first choice as caretaker for all future trips. My Kitties are pretty shy around newcomers, but Justin was patient and open hearted…and was able to coax them out of their nervousness into a world of play, snuggles and ‘skritches.’ all while keeping me updated with heartwarming, yet entertaining captain’s logs of their adventures and evolution. I love my Kittos like crazy, so it was so wonderful to know they were not only well taken care of, but were having a ball under Justin’s care (so many incredible photos showing the play in action! - heart melt!) I highly recommend Justin for your pet’s companionship, he is a truly kind and empathic soul.

Justin went above and beyond while caring for our four girls for a little over two weeks. He made more frequent stops than we booked for and sent us very entertaining stories about our girls. He was able to troubleshoot and automatic litter box issue that we hadn't anticipated and was proactive with changing out the litter in our auto systems. He was conscious of the separate personalities and really gave each cat their own personalized attention. When one of our girls was being particularly shy he brought over different kinds of toys to coax her out and it worked! Justin is an exceptional sitter. He looked after my grumpy-old-man cat over Thanksgiving weekend, and I couldn’t be happier with the care he provided. He charmed my cat immediately during our meet and greet, and took careful notes. He is friendly and professional, and clearly a person who just Really Likes Cats. Justin made two visits a day, each of which came with detailed (and often hilarious) updates on my kitty’s activities, eating habits and mood. Plus *so many* photos and videos of my elderly cat being playful and snuggly (with several new toys). All expectations exceeded, 100% recommend.

Where to begin, Justin by far has been the best catsitter we have ever had! He jumped in to take care of our girls for an extended period of time when other sitters turned us down.
