Hullo, Like most cat lovers, my affection was formed at an early age, in this case by a fluffy striped tabby called Mia. I have fond memories of her furiously tearing ‘round the back gardens of south London on especially windy days like a turbo-charged number 19 bus with the proverbial demoniacal driver and a multitude of mildly miffed passengers too polite to make a fuss, before she would bolt inside and sleep the night away, presumably exhausted and rabidly hogging the hot water bottle, in the relative sanctuary of my bed. But, being chronically slow on the uptake and using far too many clauses, it was only later that I realized just how important she had been to me. From then on, I've been Chief Can Opener to multiple cats and currently service a sun-worshipping 12 year old and an irrepressibly civic-minded 5 year old busily completing a comprehensive census of local gofers. Meanwhile an appalling error of judgement in my callow youth led me into the sewerish abyss of accounting, with its abundance of gargoyles, cuttlefish and oompah-loompa...

Justin is such a great guy, hilarious, and very trustworthy. He followed all of the instructions perfectly for taking care of my cat when I went away for two weeks, and sent me photos daily of his playtime with the cat. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
