She eased all our worries by being very attentive to our cats and communicating clearly, sending frequent updates, photos and videos. All our cats became very fond of her, even the shyest of them all. We had Lyndsay stay over night for two weeks and I believe our cats felt a lot calmer having someone stay with them for a continuous amount of time. I would hire Lyndsay again without hesitation."

But in the 5 short days that Katarina tended to him, her efforts to gain his trust (by talking to him, offering him treats, etc.) seemed to pay off: On the last day, he actually walked into a room where she was. The daily photos and updates were exactly what we needed to put us at ease, especially this being our first time using a service like this. She was great and will definitely be our Prancer sitter next time!"
