Hi, I'm Julie. I love to take excellent care of cats because I love cats. Cats have a special power over me. They tell me what they want and I will happily play with and pet them how they want me to. I’m the proud cat mama of two amazing tabbies who have taught me to speak cat. My tabbies, and all the cats I’ve cared for over the years have taught me to read the signs that cats give to us so that we can care for them in the manner they deserve; tending to their every need and desire. Regal, cute and cuddly, or haughty…I love them all! Most cats warm up to me immediately, but I’m happy to give your cat space if that’s what they need. I know every cat is unique, and I pay attention to what they want, and how to make your cats happy. I tailor my care to your cat's individual needs and preferences, so I like to hear from you about your cat's routines, favorite toys, and what makes them happy. I have experience in administering oral and topical medication. In the unlikely event that your pet needs medical attention I will try to contact you immediately and of course will bring them to the vet immediately in the unlikely event of an emergency. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
