Dawn was able to feed her, give her a pill, and even play with her. She's a cat whisperer! She's also very professional and accommodating - she came ridiculously early every morning to keep Peggy's pill schedule. I feel very fortunate to have found Dawn."

"Ernest was my 1st experience using Meowtel and I think he should be an ambassador because my experience was fantastic. All my fears about the worst case scenario were dispelled with Ernie because he was responsive, kind, deep expertise with cats bc he owned them, my cat warmed up to him right away, and he sent pics every visit. Now the kicker part is he observed my cat was licking an area that my indicate she has a bladder infection. She does have an anal gland issue, so the fact he noticed her behavior and correctly clocked an issue without knowing her history was moved Ernie from a 10/10 to 50000/10."

"Jim did a great job taking care of my cat and my house while I was away for an extended multi week trip. My cat was pretty stubborn about staying out in his catio rather than coming inside for play or cuddles, but regardless, Jim made sure that all his needs were taken care of and that he got attention and treats even while in the catio. I came home to a happy cat who is not overly clingy or needy as has sometimes been the case when I’ve returned for a trip. Jim was communicative throughout and easy to work with. Thanks Jim!"

"Had a good meet and greet with Mary Kate. My cat was fed and watered and got his meds while I was gone. I got regular updates and photos when he came out of hiding. However, I did have some unmet expectations. I returned home to a few days worth of scattered clay litter outside of the litterbox, despite having pointed out a broom and dust pan that belonged to that area. Also, I was told my cat had an accident on the tile floor outside of the bathroom and when I returned home, I could see exactly where, because there were remnants of it, despite having told Mary Kate where there was a bottle of cleaning spray and paper towels."
