Hello! My name is Erin and I am a student at the University of San Francisco studying psychology and child development. I am a huge cat person and my family has two cats that were adopted from shelters and I am currently living with a kitten. I am very comfortable with caring for cats of all kinds including those with special needs. My family has had cats almost my whole life so I know just about everything there is to know about how to care for them! I am experienced with giving ground medications in meals as I have cared for multiple cats that take different medications for various health issues. Additionally, my cat Pixie is very shy so I am used to cats with shy personalities, and my second cat (Lucky) has a limp which we’ve learned to accommodate. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Gift Card Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
