She even took the time to learn about his favorite toys, routines, and quirks to ensure he felt as close to his regular routine as possible. We also appreciated her attention to detail—she kept Ruben's food and water bowls clean and ensured his litter box was spotless. Coming home to a calm and purry Ruben spoke volumes about the care and effort she put into looking after him. Rina was so perfect for our little ones! She was super sweet and playful for our very needy boy while being very gentle with our fiesty girl cat. All of her updates were thorough and she sent lots of photos! We couldn’t recommend Rina enough, she did such a great job over the holidays!

Rina did a great job on communication and engaging with our two boys: Morphy and Neo. She had made a great first impression with Neo who doesn't open up to strangers right away. We were away on vacation for 6 days and booked Rina for 5 and they went well. Although there was a calendar conflict that had occurred on the first day, it was quickly resolved by the next day. Had received plenty of photo/videos and status updates of the cats demeanor and them playing. Helped us alot to have a peace of mind without worrying much about their wellness. I highly recommend her and will be booking her for future trips.

Rina was excellent! When she came to my house for a meet and greet, she took notes the entire time to make sure that my cats got the exact care they needed. She was very good with communication to let me know when she was arriving, and also to send pictures and updates of my cats. They loved her, and everything beyond exceeded my expectations! Rina was very thorough with all of the daily care my cats would require. She sent daily updates with pictures and videos and on how the cats were eating/drinking as well. She even went above and beyond and offered to water my plants and vacuumed the common area on her last day. She is amazing!
