This was our first time using a service. I was very concerned because our eldest (17 yrs old) cat Miri has just been diagnosed with severe osteoarthritis and a heart murmur. She had just finished laser treatments and has just started a special diet. Then there was our younger cat Eyerene, who is 13 years old, healthy but chubby. Ana was absolutely wonderful from the first meeting to the last day. She kept us constantly updated with texts, photos and videos. What Miri had or not eaten, cleaned up any messes, etc. She even got Miri to play! I was astounded! Miri has not wanted to play in ages! Ana Charmed Princess Miri from day one, Ana is now a "royal member" of the family in Miri's eyes. Ana had an enormous of work she had to do with our 2 cats and did EVERYTHING and more! I highly recommend Ana if you need cat care whether it is your first time like us or if you have elder cats or just more than one cat. Ana is just the best!

Ana showed up pre schedule and took care of my fur baby; feeding, cleaning litter box, and playtime. Did an excellent job.

2nd time we have used Ana. She is absolutely outstanding! We have 2 senior cats, with Miri being 17+ years old and has some health issues. She kept in in daily contact with us for each visit ( am & pm), sent us photos as well as videos, especially of Eyerene the youngest being super cute and rolling around on the floor for pets and her Royal Highness Miri being of course her Princess-self. She even feed our menagerie of feral and semi-feral cats outside. She took great care of them as well and kept us updated daily. If you are concerned about proper care or have older cats or cats with any health issues, or anxiety like our youngest Eyerene then Ana is the sitter for you.

very thorough! she's super comfortable with a variety of setups. she saw my apartment and figured everything out super fast. she took great care of my cats when I was gone, followed up with the specific things I asked her to do (litter, wet food, etc) and also put some time into playing with my cats and making sure they were happy. really appreciate her work! totally would book Ana again.

Ana was fantastic. She was knowledgeable (already had litter robot experience, comfortable with automatic water fountains, and dry food distributors) and at our first meeting put me at ease by immediately understanding the flow of my cat care. The daily updates, including the adjustments to get the kitties more comfortable (treat scavenger hunts!), helped me relax on my trip- my kitties were in good hands.

Another wonderful experience with Ana! She took care of our two kitties while we were out of the country. Ana was great with my two kitties while I was out of town for a week! She worked patiently to befriend my older kitty and was able to get her to eat her medication mixed into food (which can be difficult). She also played with my rambunctious younger kitty and gave him some much needed exercise. Ana sent adorable pictures and videos and was great about responding to questions in real time while she was on check-ins caring for them. I would happily recommend her to others and plan to book her again the next time I need someone to care for my furbabies!

Ana was the first cat sitter we had hired for a 8 day overnight stay at our house to care for our 2 cats while we were traveling in Europe. Before we met Ana we were a bit nervous to entrust our beloved cats to a "stranger", but it turned out that Ana was the perfect match for them. Already at the first contact (via phone) Ana made a good impression on us. When she came to our house for the initial meet and greet, both our cats approached and bonded with Ana immediately after she reached out her hand towards them. Ana appears to have a special feeling for cats. One of our cats is an outdoor cat who roams around a lot in the neighborhood, but Ana managed to get him into the house every evening so that he was safe at night - While we were traveling Ana sent us updates and pictures on our cats daily. She is extremely responsive and clear in her communication, an excellent communicator. Knowing that our cats were in such good care really put us at ease during our travels. - Ana also ensured that everything stayed ok in our house, watered the plants, took the garbage out, etc. - We can highly recommend Ana and will hire her again if we need a cat sitter in the future. Our cats already miss her.

Ana was very thoughtful, proactive, and communicative. From our first meeting it was clear she was knowledgeable about cats and asked good questions about our house set up, what she should note when sitting Hodu, etc. I was very much at ease knowing that Ana was taking care of our kitty. Ana is excellent!!! We started the process of finding a sitter about two weeks before the trip, and as it was our first time utilizing a cat sitter, we were nervous. Ana met with us (and our kitties) before the trip to review expectations. She was friendly and professional, which calmed our nervousness. While we were gone, she texted pictures/videos and an update every day to let us know the kitties were doing well. As it was during a massive storm, she also let us know the house was ok and brought in deliveries. Overall, highly recommend Ana! After our positive experience last year, we booked Ana a second time this March for a week-long overnight stay at our house while we were out of town. Our two cats immediately re-connected with her as if she had never left. Throughout the time, Ana kept an excellent communication by sending us daily updates and pictures. And Ana did a great job again getting our outdoor cat into the house before nightfall. This is not an easy task as he roams around a lot in the neighborhood. But knowing Ana ensured that he stays safe really gave us peace of mind. We are very happy that we found Ana for our cats and want to hire her again.

I’ve used Ana for several of my trips, ranging from 3 to 10 days, and she’s a superstar! I have 4 cats, who are all generally suspicious and nervous with anyone they don’t know, but they’ve been doing fine under Ana’s care. They eat normally, and even play. Ana is super responsive and sends many wonderful status photos. It’s clear to me that Ana really cares about and loves my cat family. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone, if you want to really relax when you're away.

Ana was a wonderful sitter for our 6 cats. Some are very timid but eventually came out of curiosity to see her. We were gone for 3 weeks and all was well when we returned. Garbage taken out, plants watered, Kitties fed, litterboxes cleaned, and she sent pictures of the cats when they came out of hiding. We will use her again and again!

Ana is great. She is communicative, sends sweet pics of your cat during the visit, and genuinely cares about cats. Leaving your pet is hard (especially when they're used to you home 24/7 since COVID!) but Ana makes it easier for everyone. Tofu and Mochi, being a bit on the shy side, often take time to warm up to new people. However, Ana managed to established a bond with them. The first time around, I'll admit I was a little bit worried, but by this third time, my worries had vanished entirely. Trust is everything and Ana has earned mine unequivocally.
