Barb arranged our “meet and greet” which went as expected (Rusty is shy) but I was pleased that his behavior didn’t faze her. Barb took great care of Rusty - he was a rescue a year ago so I wasn’t sure how the visits would go. Barb gave me daily reports and photos and it was great to hear he approached her and got some cuddles while we were gone. We have three cats with a somewhat complicated feeding routine (4 different food types across 6 bowls), and she followed every instruction perfectly without missing a beat. Our youngest is usually terrified of strangers—it even took my parents a week to get close to her—but she warmed up to Valerie in just one day!
