Szende is the cat whisperer. Izzie and Archie are shy kitties who hide when visitors come over. But not with Szende, they didn't hide and Szende was able to get pictures. I have had cat sitters say they didn't believe I had cats. lol! I am very happy with how my kitties were taken care if and I didn't have to worry.

Szende is extremely professional, clearly communicates and specially loving person. She took care of my furbaby just like her own. She did everything just the way I had asked her- cleaning bowls, refilling water, administration of topical flee medicine on time, and sending me photos and videos. Szende took great care of our senior cat Elliot! He warmed up to her right away, and we felt great leaving him in her care. She sent us great photos after every visit and communicated promptly about any questions. We would love to have Szende take care of Elliot again anytime.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
