Ilse was nothing short of amazing. We always get nervous to leave our 2 guys when we travel for longer periods of time. Ilse was such a calming presence from our first meeting. She showed that she is warm and so kind. While we were gone she took great care of their food and their litter box. Our guys track a lot of litter coming out of their box and when we got home - everything was clean! She went above and beyond! She also sent us lots of photos and sweet messages while we were gone. The most astounding thing - our cat, Ashes, hides under the covers when we are gone. He rarely comes out as he is super anxious and afraid of new people. We worry about that because we get concerned he doesn't eat or drink when we aren't there. Ilse let us know he came out to see her and play the very first day! Each time she visited, he greeted her, ate, drank, and played with her and his sister! Such a relief! We travel a lot - multiple days at a time. We will book Ilse every time. When we got back she left us the sweetest note and polaroids of our guys to keep. She is so professional, detail-oriented, communicative, and caring. Thank you, Ilse!
