She would regularly show at the times that she had preplanned to visit. She would notify me as she started her drive to our place. She gave a status report along with photos. Mittens, 19, needed subcutaneous injections every other day which she not only learned how to do enthusiastically prior to the reservation - but then performed them per schedule and texted status reports on those too.

She visited daily, sent thoughtful updates and the most adorable photos, and treated my boys with so much love and attention—it truly felt like they were in the best hands. What made this experience a total game changer is that William and Baby were able to stay in the comfort of their own home. I’ve often avoided traveling because I worried about the stress of boarding them, but thanks to Kylie, they stayed calm, happy, and safe. Even better, they actually bonded with her—which is no small feat, especially for Baby! Kylie is professional, warm, and clearly a true animal lover.
