Iām very detail oriented and will make sure to follow your instructions closely, whether itās feeding schedules or certain diets, medications, litter box care, or you... Iām a lifelong cat lover with experience caring for cats of all ages, especially senior cats who may need a little extra patience, attention, and consistency (I have a 15 year old cat myself and sheās still going strong!) so I know firsthand how important routines and attentive care are as cats get older.
Iām very detail oriented and will make sure to follow your instructions closely, whether itās feeding schedules or certain diets, medications, litter box care, or your catās specific routine. I also make cleanliness a priority and will keep their food, water, litter, and surrounding areas tidy as they deserve the very best care!
I know every cat has their own personality, and Iām happy to give them lots of love or give them their space depending on what they prefer. What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
Iāve been doing on-demand cat sitting for over 10 years for friends and family, each cat of course having their own unique personalities and needs so I am very familiar with the various caregiving required for each cat. My best approach is to always ensure your cat feels safe and comfortable in their own home. From there, Iāll make sure they have everything they need from food and/or medication to playtime or chill time so that they can take their time getting to know me. My number one priority is to make sure your cat is healthy and happy, and I take cues from each cat on how theyād like to be approached.
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
I have one senior girl. Her name is Gigi and sheās 15 going strong! I rescued her from a neglectful previous owner and sheās been with me since-through 3 cities on the East Coast, a masterās degree, and the move back to LA!
How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?
During the meet and greet, Iāll be sure to go over any requirements for your place such as locking up any doors or windows. In the home, Iāll make sure everything is in its place and check for anything thatās unusual, ensuring that nothing was turned on accidentally or moved dangerously. I account for all cats and check for any unusual behaviors, at which point Iāll send you an update if that happens. Before I leave, Iāll make sure everything is good before locking up. As a cat owner myself, I know how important it is for the safety of your cat and your home!

Holiday Surcharge
Due to high demand during holidays, sitters on Meowtel have the option to set their own holiday price increase, which can be found in the rates section of their profiles. If your reservation falls within three (3) days before and/or after a federal holiday, or on the holiday itself, a holiday surcharge, determined by your sitter, will be added to your reservation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
