Michelle is a remarkable and caring person. My cat looks forward to her visits. This time she was faced with an energency. She was quick to react. She called me and I immediately called the vet to tell them she was on the way. A feral cat that I have been feeding for about 7 years appeared to have been hit by a car. Michelle advised me that it was her opinion that she was dying. So, I made the decision to have the vet euthanize her. I was so thankful and greatful that Michelle was there.

Michelle made herself available for a last minute visit and was very attentive to the needs of our medically complicated kitty. We would book with her again!

Michelle was absolutely amazing! She took such great care of Pebbles and Bam Bam while I was away. She cleaned the litter boxes daily, refreshed their water bowls and fountains, and even cleaned their food bowls. She played with them every day, and judging by the purrs in her adorable photos and updates, they were clearly happy and loved. Her detailed messages gave me so much peace of mind and helped me truly relax on vacation. I came home to two happy kitties. Michelle came to meet me and my cat before the reservation. This was great because she got to see my cat’s personality and chat with me about his care routine. She sent awesome updates. She even went above and beyond by bringing a mouse toy and laser to get my cat playing.
