Even though I love dogs, I've always gravitated more towards cats. They have this sense of maturity yet playfulness. Also, they have so much love to give. On their own terms of course. I've always had this connection to cats. I mean, who doesn't love to eat, nap and cuddle. When I first moved to Los Angeles, I was only living in non pet friendly apartments. I literally moved into my new place because it allowed pets and as luck would have it, I found two of the most amazing cats. Recently, I adopted two black kitties. Brothers, Spooky and Binx. It was definitely love at first sight. I remember sitting down on the floor to say hi to Binx and the first thing he did was crawl into my lap. The way he look up at me just melted my heart. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
