Tomoko was amazing. You can tell she has a genuine love of cats. She kept my house spotless even with my messy cats and she put my mind at ease by sending lots of videos and updates.

Tomoko took exceptional care of our cats and birds from December 22–29, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She went above and beyond in forming genuine, personal connections with our cats—they were calm, well-adjusted, and truly happy while we were away. That peace of mind allowed me to fully relax and enjoy our time away, which is priceless. She also did an outstanding job caring for our budgies. She was incredibly attentive and made sure their cage was securely covered each night—what I call “buttoned up tight”—so they were safe, comfortable, and well cared for. Tomoko treats your pets and home as if they were her own. She is dependable, trustworthy, attentive, and a true animal lover. We feel so grateful to have found her and would gladly trust her with our pets again.

Tomoko did a wonderful job with my very mischievous 3 year old Burmese. He has never been without me for any protracted time so I was pretty concerned. She put my mind at ease with frequent messages, photos and videos and I think that he misses her now!

Tomoko is truly an angel. Normally before a trip, I’m a little anxious—wondering if a pet sitter might miss a step or not connect with my pets. But from the moment we met her, Tomoko instantly put my husband and me at ease. She has such a peaceful, calming presence, and my cats liked her immediately. We knew it was a good sign when she showed up with her own cat toy! We were away for nine days, and our cats were not only fine—they were happy! They greeted her, acted affectionate, and even played with her. I was so impressed with her attention to detail: she took thorough notes, snapped reference photos to remember instructions, and followed every step perfectly. She even remembered the exact order of our trash bins on collection day (something other sitters have mixed up), put grape jelly out for the orioles, and covered our budgie’s cage just right each night. What really stood out was that I didn’t have to remind her about anything—she brought in the mail, refreshed and rinsed the cats’ water bowls, and kept everything tidy. When we returned, our home felt calm, and our cats were content. It was as if her peaceful energy lingered. Tomoko is our favorite and will be our go-to pet sitter from now on!

Tomoko is an amazing cat-sitter! She took exceptional care of our two cats while we were away for 10 days. She never complained about the different foods, temperaments, or brown “gifts” the cats would leave, and sent photos and videos of each cat on the days she visited. Tomoko came at the times we set and she performed all food and cleaning duties required.
