Nicole was Amazing! She is so friendly, and our cats absolutely loved her! She made sure to update us every visit with precious photos and detailed summaries. This was the first time we spent time away from our fur babies, yet we felt so relieved we found someone who gave our cats all the care, love and attention they needed while we were gone. As soon as we got home we noticed how happy and healthy our cats looked (they are on a special diet so this was great to see). Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
