"This was the first time I arranged for a cat sitter. I used Meowtel because an associate of mine does side work as sitter through it. Making reservations was very easy, although there was what I consider a significant bug in the system, where I began the reservation on the MLK Day holiday, which incurred an increased holiday rate, but it was also applied for the entire week. As it turned out, I had to push my schedule out a week and avoided that rate entirely. That said, rescheduling was no hassle, either. Brandy was great. She always messaged me when she arrived and then sent pictures and videos of my boy and her playing with him. This was the first time in my one boy’s life that I was away for more than a couple of nights. Having a reliable person come in to feed and scoop for them eliminated the anxiety of being gone for an extended period."

"I have two cats both under the age of two one is very shy as we found her alone and roaming the streets at 5 weeks. I had a scheduled two week vacation and had never even used or even heard of meow. My uncle was supposed to watch my cats, but got sick. A friend referred me to meow where I found Sara’s profile and made my reservation and request. Sara accepted and we scheduled the free introduction/meet and greet which I felt went fantastically. Loki took to Sara immediately, Misty, the shy one took a little bit more time but by the time Sara left our meet and greet Misty was hanging out and if I remember correctly, even let Sara pet her. it’s hard to find someone to watch your animals when you’re away, but this is the first time I was leaving them and it was for a full two weeks, Sara put me completely at ease communicated during every visit shared good information lots of pictures and kept me up-to-date on everything that was going on. It was a fantastic experience and I would easily do it again without a thought. My cats were so well taken care of I couldn’t have asked for."

She provided photos and updates following each visit and was happy to collect our mail when we noticed our "stop mail" didn't happen. When she noticed we had plants she offered to ensure our watering globes were filled (much appreciated as the weather turned quite warm, so refills were needed). Since our usual "family" sitters were unavailable, this was a first for using Meowtel and Zaira and we couldn't have been more pleased with both.
