Erin was attentive, communicative, and Toast (a true scaredy cat) warmed up to her quite quickly! I received regular updates and was grateful to have someone, who is also a cat person, taking care of my little guy. Will definitely book again!

Erin did a good job keeping the litterbox clean, playing with our cats and cleaning up a small mess for us. Unfortunately our first morning visit she did not arrive until after 12pm, which did not leave the best first impression. During our meet and greet we showed her the canned food we use for one of our cats, and showed her that the other cat eats a frozen thawed diet. We reviewed where it was stored and how much to feed them. She ended up feeding both cats the canned food during the entire reservation, so now we have a cat with a very upset tummy 😔

Erin took great care of Juny! She provided good communication with daily pictures. It’s good to know your fur baby is in good hands when you’re halfway around the world.

Erin was fantastic. She sent me photos every day & some how was able to get my shy little girl to come out of hiding. I have her booked for Thanksgiving & will leave home with total confidence that all will go well, as it did the first time.

This is the second time I've worked with Erin, and once again, she was excellent. She’s friendly, communicates quickly, and provides great care for my cat. I’ll definitely be hiring her again!

Erin is very nice and made time in her schedule to do two overnight stays. There were two things that caused us to reduce the rating and I could have reduced only half a point if I could have. One of our cats receives medicine and while we said that in the worst case she could skip given it was a two night three day trip, we indicated that it would be much more ideal if our cat could get some during that time. Our cat received no medicine and I had to ask in order to get that information. Secondly while we understand lives are busy, a payment of nearly $100 per overnight night gave us the impression our cats would see more of Erin and that they’d receive their dinner closer to the 5pm time frames they typically received. Instead each night it was past 7pm when Erin arrived. Those are the two issues. Everything else was great. Erin was respectful of the home and sent us photos that the cats were present and being cared for.

We have a very...unpredictable cat but Erin managed to win him over. He was in a much better mood when we arrived back home!

Erin was fantastic! She came and met our boys before we left town which made us feel so much better leaving them in her care. She kept on-going conversation with us for the week we were gone. We hate to be hysterical parents, but these guys are our life! Erin not only understood our intensity, she validated it and reassured us. She is not only a sitter, she is a parenting coach! Highly recommend her.
