"We love Christian! I don’t even have the words to express how grateful we are that he was available. this was our first time with meowtel so not only did he walk us through his service but also the whole experience. We were extremely nervous because about two months ago we were gone for a short trip and our kitty was so anxious she peed on a few things. I was dreading this longer trip because I knew I’d be so worried about her. Christian didn’t get a chance to meet her at the meet and greet but assured us everything would be okay. She absolutely loved him. it takes her a long time to warm up to strangers and she got so comfortable with him. He was patient with her and let her be herself. We got so many pictures and videos and updates it made it feel like we weren’t so far away. When we got home she greeted us and acted like nothing happened. this has never happened with another sitter. she’s usually very very needy and needs to be close to me at all times. It was so great to come home to a clean house and our kitty who was probably wondering when Christian would be back lol."
