"Do not hesitate to trust Christian with your fur babies and home! My husband and I are TypeA DINKs with a spoiled rescue kitty who means the world to us. My husband works from home, so when we travel it rocks our kitty’s world. We had a good cat-sitter in the past who moved and the next one we tried was a disaster. Christian was unphased by our anxiety and detailed instructions at the meet and greet. His communication, pictures and videos during our exceeded expectations. I looked forward to his pictures and videos every day. Our sassy fur ball stayed “hissy” this time, but we could see how hard he tried to connect with her. He even left treats around the house for her to “hunt” throughout the day, something we never thought of. We already have him booked for our international trip in the fall, with an extra “play date” before that trip. Something Christian suggested to let her get used to him again with us still home. He even did some light cleaning and was open fed the fish every day! I’m telling you, Christian is the best!!"

"David was incredible. I messaged him the day I had to go out of town asking for his help caring for my 5 year old kitty Winnie, who was just diagnosed with an eye infection (that morning at 7am 🫠). He was quick to respond to my request and initiated a phone call so we could talk through Winnie’s medication needs which were every 8 hours for 5 days. I thought no way would anyone sign up for that, in general, certainly not day of my reservation request and FOR SURE not over NYE. But David listened to Winnie’s needs and agreed to help care for her the full 5 days I was out of town. A literal miracle. He was consistent in his arrival times to administer Winnie’s medication and always sent an update with photo afterwards — even at midnight when one of her doses was due. I cannot recommend David enough to care for your kitties. He blew my expectations out of the water and is the only cat sitter I’ll book moving forward. Thank you, David!! ❤️"

"Jared made sure our cats were fed and watered, changed our litter, even took out the litter trash at the end of his time with our boys, and he documented everything. He gave them attention and was very patient with the one that hid under the bed until the scaredy cat came out of hiding. Jared even took extra check-in times last minute when our friend who was supposed to help had a family emergency. We were able to rest easy knowing Jared had everything under control."

"Jaclyn did an amazing job taking care of our two kitties while we were vacationing in Asia. I usually get nervous leaving them for long trips, but during our initial meet-and-greet, one of our cats immediately warmed up to her — that’s when I knew she was the right person. Throughout her visits, she communicated clearly with thoughtful updates on how the cats were doing. She kept the litter box clean (our two definitely keep it busy!) and sent plenty of photos and videos that reassured us they were happy and comfortable. When we came home, the kitties looked relaxed and well cared for. Thank you, Jaclyn, for your care and attention. We’d definitely book with her again."

"This was my first experience with Meowtel. I chose Lindsey based on reviews and information I read online. She came to meet my cat Wendy and see the setup in my house. She was terrific! She spent two 45 minute visits and played with Wendy, fed her, cleaned the litter box, had to clean up vomit too. She sent me many pictures and gave detailed reports from each visit on how Wendy was doing and was excellent in every way. I will be scheduling Lindsey again for my next trip in a couple of months. Highly recommend her to anyone."

"Teresa is so kind and she is exactly the person you want to be watching your cars. Our cats (2) generally are self sufficient but one of them was just recently put on an antibiotic pill and we had a trip right around the corner. Teresa was quick to respond to my extremely last minute initial request, came to meet our kitties the next day (on Christmas!) and watched them the next three days. In addition to the basics (litter/food/water), she gave Jack his pills, turned on JoJo’s favorite toy, and sent us pictures and updates every visit. We are so grateful for Teresa, we were able to enjoy our trip knowing our cats were well taken care of. I would give Teresa 6 stars if I could!"
