I was worried about my cat as he had stomach upset the morning of my trip, but I let Ema know what was going on and she gave me confidence in her ability to handle the situation for me. Turned out that Boots was fine but I am grateful for Ema's care, photos, and updates. And my other cat - who usually hides when visitors come - followed Ema around as Ema did the cat chores! Ema went above and beyond watching our two cats for 9 days while we were overseas. Ema was an amazing cat sitter! Neville warmed up to her right away and she was very responsive when I had any questions when I was away. The litter box was clean and water and food refilled for when I came home. I felt so much better leaving my kitty knowing someone was looking after him. Real happy we found Ema. She gave us good confidence before our trip and while we were gone, she was always there when she said she'd be. Ema always communicated with us promptly and regularly. With all of that, we never worried once she wouldn't be there to check on our Rey and care for food/water/liter box/etc. While our Rey hid real well during her visits, Ema did well to give her space. We'd book her again next time.
