I have one runner and one blind guy, and she was very careful with them both. she sent a ton of pictures, helped out with some out side of the litter box messes, and even helped with a finicky water cup lover, (he did not like his fountain and insists on multiple cups around the living room, quite a diva). highly recommend!!"

We have an indoor-outdoor cat named Gator, who does NOT warm up to anyone besides me.. friends, family, my husband, and other sitters have all tried to win her over with very little success. But just a few days in, Erin had her absolutely melting in her lap, purring and making biscuits. We were honestly amazed. From the very beginning, Erin was highly communicative, incredibly warm and friendly, and made us feel completely at ease having her in our home and caring for our girl. She clearly has a deep understanding of cat behavior and communication, and her thoughtfulness, preparedness, and level of care went far beyond what we expected. He gave them attention and was very patient with the one that hid under the bed until the scaredy cat came out of hiding. Jared even took extra check-in times last minute when our friend who was supposed to help had a family emergency. We were able to rest easy knowing Jared had everything under control."

"This was my first booking with Christian, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. From our initial meet-and-greet, he took the time to really listen, asked thoughtful questions, and made a point to respect my cat Haggy's boundaries instead of trying to force an interaction. Haggy is pretty shy around new people, so that immediately gave me confidence that Christian understood how to approach him. Throughout the week, Christian was an exceptional communicator. Every visit came with a detailed update, wonderful photos and videos, and I always knew exactly how Haggy was doing. He followed every instruction perfectly, took great care of my plants, and made it so easy to relax and enjoy my trip knowing everything back home was in good hands. What I didn't expect—and what meant the most to me—was watching Haggy slowly come out of his shell. Christian sent videos of them playing Haggy's favorite stick-and-string game, and by the end of the week Haggy was happily chirping at him, playing, and genuinely enjoying his company. I never would have guessed that my shy cat would build that kind of trust with someone in just a week. Coming home to a happy, comfortable cat instead of one who was simply "looked after" made all the difference. I now know that when I'm away, Haggy won't just have someone meeting his basic needs—he'll have someone who truly cares about him and enjoys spending time with him. One thing that especially stood out to me was that Christian didn't consider the job finished the moment the booking ended. He made sure to confirm that I had made it home safely and that Haggy was back in his normal routine. That extra level of care ended up being invaluable because I missed my flight home and unexpectedly needed another day of care.
