absolutely wonderful person and cat sitter. even worked with me at the beginning when i realized i locked my spare key inside my apartment. my cats had a great time; even my shy, reclusive one came out for some pets and fun. listened to what my cats wanted/needed, not just food,water,byeee. the level of care she provided was above and beyond!!

Jordan was so sweet and attentive with my two kittens, Moss and Fern. She took lots of pictures and was very detailed in her status updates. She was always quick to answer any questions and the booking process was very seamless. My girls loved her company and I can tell they were in good hands!

Jordan was incredible with my kitten! She made sure he got lots of playtime, sent detailed updates and adorable photos, and communicated clearly throughout. She went above and beyond by cleaning his food dishes, helping vacuum, and even cleaning up after him when he got sick. She was also extremely helpful with a key situation. I felt totally at ease and would absolutely book her again.

Jordan is a fantastic cat sitter. My cat is incredibly shy and Jordan was so patient with her when visiting. My cat sitting 'reservation' also happened to take place during two back-to-back wind storms and my apartment lost power before I left town; Jordan was prepared for power outages before I even lost power and was incredibly responsive all throughout that period. I was very worried about being out of town during that wind storm but Jordan's care and attention to my cat made me feel at ease.

So happy we found Jordan to help with our cats! She was very thorough with all of their care needs (a senior kitty and a kitten!), easy to schedule and coordinate with, and kept us plenty updated throughout the week. Our cats loved the visits and playing with her. We’ll be sure to book with her again.

Jordan is great! it’s so clear that she loves cats. she takes so many lovely photos and asks questions so she knows exactly what to do. Jordan has been a cat sitter for us twice now and I’d happily have her come back!

Jordan was terrific. She had to put up with a lot of aggravation from our kitty whose bathroom habits deteriorated (in protest) with our absence. She did so with grace and good humor. She also sent regular updates with photos. We would recommend her highly.

Jordan impressed me with her attention to detail right off the, when she asked me for my vet's contact information at our initial meeting, just in case my cat Rockie needed care. She further impressed me with her updates by letting me know when she arrived, when she left, and plenty of details of what went on during each each visit with Rockie, including plenty of photos. Lastly, she impressed me with the level of care she gave Rockie, including brushing and playing with her. Rockie really warmed up to Jordan quickly and started waiting for her at the door when she arrived for a visit. In short, I was really pleased with Jordan's level of care and professionalism, and both Rockie and I would gladly have her back in the future.
