I'm a guy from the depths of Arkansas that has had animals big and small! Wolf dogs? Check! Finches? Check! Horses??? Check!
But nothing compares to cats! I love the fuzzy little creatures! Their passion and personality are the best and I admire and cherish them. My favorite boy is Shadow! My little black cat has been my partner in crime for over 14 years! I rescued him by walking in front of a car to keep them from running him over and have kept him ever since. He's all purrs and cuddles and still plays like the youngest kitten! I cherish him more than anything in my world and he is my son!
His brother Frank Sinatra is a new addition to the family. Though the flame point is my roommates I adore him so much and am always happy to give him cuddles after a fun photoshoot. Nothing like looking into his crossed eyes and seeing his silly crumpled ear to make my... MY AVAILABILITY:

Just needs to be cleaned out on a weekly bases. He is a mouthy Siamese with about one brain cell and its all focused on food. He is a delight in my life and I love burying my face in his fur and listening to him purr!

I helped run an animal rescue as a kid with my mom and am happy to get back into helping and caring for animals! I've administered medications like pills and shots with minimal stress to the animal. I am never going to force your cat into being handled by me. A shy cat needs respect and space too! I'm not afraid to administer medications to them either. I will do everything I can to keep them calm and give them their medications because they don't always know what's best for them but we do!

Cats have thorn hands and can get excited! Getting scratches is all just part of the business as far as it goes. I have tough skin because and I know they don't mean any harm!
''Okay, he says he's a good sitter but is he willing to get things done (and keep things clean?)???''
I'm not scared to clean up and get my hands dirty. I have prepared stinky foods and I've cleaned up all sorts of sick from animals. Litterboxes will be clean and you can be confident your space will be treated with the respect it deserves for both you and your cats!
''Okay, seems like a great guy, but I'm here for the quality cat pictures when I'm out and about. I need to feel like my cat is here with me while I'm gone? Can he really take good photos?''
YES!!!! I'm a fantastic Photographer and will happily send you lots of beautiful pictures of your cats while you're gone. Trust me I will be gushing the whole time! Don't worry, I have a black cat and I know how to make him look handsome in a shot. I am sure I can take a picture of any cat that you'd be happy to post on instagram!

Usually Aria hides when anyone she doesn't know comes in but Colt was able to get her to make her feel safe and came out to visit! Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Denver cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $29.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
Every cat sitter on Meowtel completes a background check. Ask your sitter about a Meet & Greet so you (and your kitties!) can feel comfortable with your sitter before you leave.
Cats are territorial animals and don't do well in new environments. The presence of other cats, dogs, and even birds in kennels or animal hotels cause an immense amount of stress. This is why Meowtel was created, so tailored in-home care is brought to you.
We recommend booking daily visits to keep your cats in their routine and help minimize feline anxiety while you're away.
Each visit typically includes: feeding, refreshing water bowls, litter box scooping, tidying up, medications, updates with photos, lots of playtime, and any special requests. Ask your sitter about a Meet & Greet!

We took a shorter trip and contacted Colt to maybe help with our fur baby. Colt contacted us and arranged to come to our home before our trip. Everything we discussed before our trip was followed and pictures were sent during our trip. Our cat tends to be private (we have heard previous sitters on say food gone from her bowl) but Colt found a way to see her the first day of our trip. We definitely felt good with Colt as our sitter and would make contact again.

This is the second time I used Colt and he is just wonderful! My kitty, King Neptune, is 17 years old and needs extra consideration with his medication’s. Colt saved the day by pivoting and suggest and giving Neptune’s his medication‘s and his treat since he was not able to administer them to Neptune’s directly as it stresses Neptune’s out too much. I really appreciated that Colt was so aware of Neptune’s stress level and found a way to still make the important aspect of medication happen. I’m so happy to have found him! ✨🩵✨

Colt got our key just before our trip then dropped it in our mail slot after our last time of agreed upon service. Our cat can be shy, to say the least, but Colt sent photos when Swarly let Colt see her. Otherwise, photos of her litter or partially eaten food were sent. Knowing our cat, Colt did a fantastic job!!
