Maggie took excellent care of our cat Mizu while we traveled internationally for a week. She was very thorough each day when she arrived and followed all my care instructions. Also my cat adored her so I felt like he was in safe hands everyday. She provided lots of notes, photos and videos of each visit, which I found to be very re-assuring while being out of the country. I would definitely recommend Maggie to care for your kitties!

Maggie was great with Mr. Snowball. She played with him and even sent a video of Snowball purring while she was petting him. He was pretty darn Happy! 😻

Maggie was a great taker for our cat! He can be a bit fickle but seemed to instantly warm up to Maggie after a few visits. She sent lots of detailed updates and certainly made extra efforts to make sure our minds were at ease while we were gone!

Maggie was wonderful. We left our old lady in her care for 5 days. She communicated exactly what we should expect prior to our departure and she followed through on those expectations. We felt at ease being away and knowing she would look after our baby. Can’t wait to use her in the future.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our Meowtel Protection Plan in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
