I am extremely comfortable with cats of all personalities. I currently have 2 young dogs; a Boxer mix and a Shepard mix. I lost my girl kitty Zoey 2 years ago and her brother Patton just a bit ago. So, I would dearly love some kitty biscuit making sessions... I have had cats almost my entire life. I am used to giving medicines, feeding and watering, cleaning cat pans. And giving lots of love or just letting them sniff my hand to know that I am a friend.

I've been a Full Time Housewife for the past 2+ years, I am looking forward to give your family pets all the same love I give mine. For your kitties, I will clean their pan, make sure they are fed and watered, then give them attention on the scale they are comfortable with.
I am now CPR and First Aid Certified!

What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
I have taken care of my own kitties, friends and families cats while they are gone for over 30 years. Especially cats that have health issues.
What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
I've recently lost my last cat. I would dearly love to get some kitty loving to supplement my dog love at home. I enjoy most the purrs and playfulness that cats can give a long with the quiet love they show.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a cat sitter?
I have been in your shoes. We hire sitters routinely for our dogs and previously are kitties. It is a little nerve-wracking letting somebody into your home, trusting them while you are gone. The vulnerability can make people anxious. Look for somebody that as soon as you meet them you feel I like this person. look for somebody that you can reach on the same level of how you would want to be treated. Are they going to look after your home the same way you do? Are they going to love your pets the same way you do?

She gave pills to my hyperthyroid cat twice a day, and she handled two emergencies (one was when a very old feral died) in a competent, caring and compassionate manner. I couldn't have done more if I had been home. I highly recommend Lisa!

Lisa took great care of my senior cat. gave him his meds and took the extra care and time a senior cat with health issues needs. my cat was comfortable and happy when I returned from my trip. she sent me lots of photos and updates to keep me posted. Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Colorado Springs cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $27.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
Every cat sitter on Meowtel completes a background check. Ask your sitter about a free Meet & Greet so you (and your kitties!) can feel comfortable with your sitter before you leave.
