I come from a big cat loving family, and I’ve had cats in my home for as long as I can remember. Today, I share my life with 4 of my own: 2 sweet seniors and a pair of energetic siblings who definitely keep things lively.
I know that every cat has their own unique personality and comfort level, and I always meet them where they are. Whether your cat prefers gentle pets, playful interactions or simply wants someone nearby while they nap, I’m happy to be whatever companion they need. If all they want is my quiet presence, that’s perfect-I’ll gladly sit with them and let them be themselves.
Cats have always held a special place in my heart, and I treat every feline like family. While you’re away, I’ll make sure your cat feels safe, cared for and loved.

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
I have 4 cats myself. A 14 year old named Betsey who I consider is my soul cat, she has been with me through some of my hardest moments and I couldn’t have gotten through them without her. A 12 year old named Scully and 2 siblings who are almost 2 years old. Blaze and Toffee
Are you usually available during holidays?
I will usually be available during the holidays. Normally it’s the time after a holiday that I would typically go somewhere but it’s very rare.
What is your favorite cat toy?
My favorite cat toy is the Da’bird cat toy. My cats love it and it’s a good way to get their energy out. I just love watching them chase it around and when they finally catch, how happy they are.
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
Normally I will let them make the first move and go off of their energy. I like to sit next them, though not too close, and just let them know I’m in their presence. My mom has a very shy and timid cat and as long as I make small movements or I speak to her in a quiet and small voice, she tends to not run away. But I never reach for her and I always respect her space.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Colorado Springs cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $25.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
