Rachel was amazing! Our cats never come out for anyone and they did for her within days. She was responsive when one of our cats had some special needs and added visits during the holidays. We are so lucky we found her😸😸

Rachel was a wonderful caretaker for our 2 kitties! She was always on time and provided food, medicine, and treats in their typical schedule. She sent photos every time she visited. Our kitties were very comfortable with her, and even our shy kitty came out to cuddle with her!

I was a bit hesitant to use Meowtel at first, but I am so glad I did. Rachel was absolutely fantastic! I am normally hesitant to go out of town and leave my 11 year old single cat Frank for too long... He's got digestive issues and is a very, very needy cat. My neighbor used to check in on him, but after some issues that arose last Thanksgiving, I decided to try Meowtel. From the first Meet & Greet, Rachel was always on time and fully attentive to Frank's needs. She showed up at the scheduled time each day I was out of town and had no issues following my complicated (and probably overbearing) care instructions. She let me know how Frank was doing each time she came over and texted me a bunch of photos each day. For anyone reading this that's considering using Meowtel for the first time, you absolutely will not regret hiring Rachel to take care of your cats. Thanks again for being so awesome, Rachel!

Rachel was so great with my cat, Luci. Luci is around 6 months old and was undersocialized as a baby, so I was worried about leaving her with someone else. However, Rachel was so great with her. Rachel checked in with me regularly and followed my instructions for Luci’s care thoroughly. I would definitely book with Rachel again.

Rachel was great with my cat. I changed to an automatic feeder in the middle the day she started sitting but after our meet and great. And she already knew what to do and how to set it up. It was great, just having a sitter who truly understands cats and their needs.

Rachel was wonderful to our senior cats; our girl Lil' Bit is still quasi-feral around new people, so I wasn't sure that Rachel would even see her during the visit. Lo and behold, the first pic she sends us is Lil Bit asking for pets! She's got a gift for cat whispering. Our cats were happy, well fed and well loved, and our place was just like we'd left it. Can't recommend Rachel enough!

Rachel was absolutely fantastic. This was my first time ever leaving my extremely clingy cat and Rachel far exceeded any expectations I had. She followed the instructions I left to a T, sent thorough updates and took lots and lots of pictures! It was evident to me through the photos and my pet cameras that my kitty Linus was always happy to see Rachel and warmed up to her very quickly. She truly is a cat-first person and made sure to adapt the routine to whatever best fit Linus’ needs at the time, going above and beyond to care for him and ensure all was safe when she left. I am so lucky to have found a go-to sitter my first time around. I have a feeling Linus is going to miss Rachel and how much she spoiled him and to me, that is the BEST way to feel when returning home. :)

Rachel was fast to respond to my reservation. Easy and flexible to sched meet and greet. So glad i picked her. She won over my very shy/scared kitty and gave good lovins to my 20 year old kitty. She was a great daily communicator and went above and beyond to disconnect a beeping/defective smoke alarm that was scarring the cats. Look forward to knowing i can use her again. She is trustworthy and definitely a cat whisper 😻
