Lydia has been phenomenal. While my partner and I were traveling internationally, the family member staying with our cats had to go to the hospital unexpectedly. Pictures were sent, but paid for 45min each visit and sitter was only there for ~20min each visit based on door sensors. The cats weren’t played with, litter was not topped off, and litter drawer was completely full and not spinning as a result. Overall, fairly disappointed and would not book again.
