We thought Elissa was great with our aging (let's face it, aged) cat and its clear that he thought so, too, as he came out of his hiding spot more and more and "talked" to her as much as he does to us, which is a lot! She not only took care of the main things (food, etc.) but noticed the little things and let us know about them, such as brought in a package left on the porch, noticed when a technician left a closet door open, so we felt that not only our cat, but also our home was well cared for by Elissa.

Elissa was great! Very professional, she did a meet and greet with us, cared wonderfully for my 4 kitties for the better part of half of August! She charmed my 2 shy kitties and by the end was snuggling and playing with all of them. The updates and photos made this anxious kitty momma at ease with being away for so long. Everything was perfect! 10/10 ⭐️

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
