-utilize security systems as instructed -making sure all cats are accounted for whenever I leave or arrive -making sure doors are closed to off limits areas when -ensuring I don't leave things lying around which are cat hazards -following all instructions from the cat parent as regards to feeding and or medications

Are you usually available during holidays?

Yes, I dont travel out of state to see family during the holidays so I am always home for the holidays.

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

I would definitely let things happen on the cats terms. I think it's super important not to push their boundaries. So I'd start by just sitting on the floor and being present in their environment, letting them come to me. And then slowly introduce things like physical touch and offering treats from my hand to build their trust

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
