I have a very fearful cat and Sam was wonderful. She came for an introductory visit, took notes and eased my mind about leaving her. While I was gone, she sent me updates and pictures. I will definitely use her again.

Goodness! All around. Though I'm honestly a little reluctant to share my positive feedback because I worry Samantha will become too busy/popular! She takes *extraordinary" candid photos. She lets you know when she is arriving and leaving (usually). She shares a note about details of her time there. Just extraordinary! And when I returned home after a full week away, both cats were very chill... a sign of how good their care had been.
