Jesenia was the best! I hate leaving my cat, but she helped give me peace of mind that she would be okay. She’s very communicative and I appreciated her attention to detail when it came to specifics around my cat’s food, behavior, etc. You can tell she knows and loves cats, and that’s the best you can ask for when leaving your cat with someone while you’re away.

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
