Colette was amazing! I can’t say enough good things about how her visits went with my kitties. I really felt like I could relax on vacation. She spent quality time with my babies, ensuring my skittish kitty ate all her food, and I was super impressed she managed to get her to come out upon her first or second visit!! She also kindly left my kitties some treats from her own collection :) We will absolutely have Colette come be with our cats again. She made all the difference for us to enjoy our time away.

Collette was great, filling in at the last moment. We have two senior cats, one of which is special needs, and they're both healthy and happy to have us home, none the worse for wear. Collette was able to send great pictures of our skittish fur babies, so they must have liked her. Also, Meowtel was proactive in taking care of a late cancelation with excellent customer service.

Colette is absolutely the best pet sitter I've ever had! She took care of my two cats while I was on vacation, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She sent daily updates with amazing photos and videos, and followed all of my care instructions to a T. Colette even went above and beyond by bringing treats for the cats from her own collection, checking with me beforehand. What really impressed me was how Colette connected with my shy, skittish cat, Loki. He’s usually terrified of anyone but me, but by her second visit, she’d managed to get him to come out and even seek out her affection! I've never seen him warm up to anyone like that. Colette’s calm and kind approach was exactly what my cats needed, and I’m so grateful for her care and dedication. I’ll definitely book with her again for future trips!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
