Hi ☺️ I am Colette (Coco for short!) . I have been in the beauty aesthetics industry for the past 15 years, currently, I am finishing my last year of nursing school. Born and raised in NYC, I spent most of my early 20’s living in sunny southern California until settling back east in the suburbs of Wilmington Delaware, where I currently reside with my loving husband (Teddy) , kind-hearted daughter (Aaralyn), and sassy, dilute tortie cat (Chloe—who also responds to “ your majesty “ & “queen”). Colette was amazing! I can’t say enough good things about how her visits went with my kitties. I really felt like I could relax on vacation. She spent quality time with my babies, ensuring my skittish kitty ate all her food, and I was super impressed she managed to get her to come out upon her first or second visit!! She also kindly left my kitties some treats from her own collection :) We will absolutely have Colette come be with our cats again. She made all the difference for us to enjoy our time away.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
