When I visit, my goal is to make your cat feel safe, relaxed, and totally at ease in their own home. I always take things at their pace, whether that means playtime, cuddles, snuggles or just sitting nearby while they do their thing... My name is Eduardo and I’ve been a cat person for as long as I can remember. I genuinely love spending time with cats of all kinds,from the super social lap cats to the quiet, independent ones who just want their space (and maybe a treat or two).
When I visit, my goal is to make your cat feel safe, relaxed, and totally at ease in their own home. I always take things at their pace, whether that means playtime, cuddles, snuggles or just sitting nearby while they do their thing. I get that every cat is different, and I respect their boundaries while building trust little by little.
I’m also comfortable giving medication and caring for older or shy cats who need a gentler approach. I pay close attention to the little things, like how they’re eating, how they’re acting, and those subtle “cat signals” that say how they’re feeling.
You can count on me to treat your cat like my own, with a lot of patience, love, and a whole lot of respect. And of course, you’ll get regular updates, cute photos, and total peace of mind while you’re away.

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
What I like the most about cat sitting is just spending time with the cats and getting to know their little quirks and personalities. It’s really rewarding to see them feel comfortable and happy while their owners are away. I also enjoy the calm, relaxed vibe that comes with taking care of them and love being around kittens!
Are you usually available during holidays?
I’m frequently available during holidays. I understand that many people travel during those times, so I make an effort to keep my schedule flexible and always accommodate holiday requests.
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
When I’m with a timid or anxious cat, I take things really slow and let them come to me on their own terms. I let them sniff me so they get to know me, I give them space, speak softly, and try to keep a calm environment. I also pay attention to their body language so I can understand what makes them feel safe. Building trust takes time, and I’m always patient with that process. My goal is to always make them feel loved and safe while being as comfortable as possible.

My kiddos loved Eduardo! They weren't even their usual shy shelves when he came by. Eduardo sent me lots of photos, which I always hope to receive but never ask for. Holiday Surcharge
Due to high demand during holidays, sitters on Meowtel have the option to set their own holiday price increase, which can be found in the rates section of their profiles. If your reservation falls within three (3) days before and/or after a federal holiday, or on the holiday itself, a holiday surcharge, determined by your sitter, will be added to your reservation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.
